- Pillsbury Seamless Dough Sheet
I used a pizza cutter to cut the dough into even squares. Put the caramel in the center then roll into a ball.
The original recipe didn’t have cooking instructions so I baked them according to the directions on the dough sheet. 350 degrees 11-15 minutes. That worked nicely.
He’s my issue with these. First out of the oven they were nice an gooey but after they sat for about 20 minutes the caramel hardened back up. This was less yummy. When you take a bit the whole chunk of caramel came right out of the cookie leaving you with half a cookie without any filling.
They were alright but I wasn’t overly impressed. Super easy to make for sure but I doubt I’ll bother again.
