- 4 russet potatoes, cubed
- 4 chicken breasts, cubed
- 1 cup bacon, crumbled
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 tablespoons butter, sliced
- 1 TBS olive oil
Dice up the potatoes, put them in a 9×13 glass dish sprinkle with olive oil and a little salt.
Add cubed up chicken, cheese and bacon and butter
Bake 350 degrees for 1 hour covered with foil. Remove foil bake for additional 15 minutes.
We both loved this dish. I didn’t use the green onions from the original recipe and next time I may omit the butter because it was a little greasy. We’ll definitely have this one again.
