4-5 potatoes (depending on how much you want to make)
your favorite seasonings
Cut the potatoes in cubes and lay out on a cookie sheet that has been covered with foil. Cover the potatoes with a little olive oil and your favorite seasonings. I used garlic salt and seasoning salt.
Bake 425 degrees for 45 minutes- stirring every 15 minutes.
They were good but not necessarily any faster than any other means of cooking potatoes. I’d just as likely buy frozen fries and add my seasoning to it.
The original recipe was for Parmesan potatoes and you can use that as your topping; it doesn’t change any other directions.
