- Per serving:
- 1 fresh peach
- 1 tsp. unsalted butter, divided
- 2 to 4 tsp. brown sugar, divided
- Sprinkling of ground cinnamon, to taste
Halve peaches and remove pit. I found removing the pit to be a real issue but I finally succeeded without loss of limb. Place in baking dish, skin side down.
I was afraid that the butter would be overwhelming but it wasn’t at all. I was also impressed by how juicy they were. I found this to be an easy, tasty dessert.
