#34 Cheesy Bacon Pull-Apart Biscuits



2 tablespoons melted butter

One roll refrigerated biscuit dough, 8 count

1 cup cooked crumbled bacon

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese


Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. and brush a 9-inch round pan melted butter.

Unroll biscuits from can and place into bottom of pan.


Top with slices of mozzarella cheese

then shredded cheddar


Bake for 20 to 30 minutes, until cheese is melted and biscuits are cooked through. Serve warm.


These were okay but not my preference. The cheese wasn’t gooey but baked on and dry. The tops had all the flavor but it was more like a crust. I don’t think these were really anything special. Just okay.
