#35 Peach Jello Salad



8 oz cool whip

2- 3 oz peach jello

2 can peaches -diced



Bring 2 cups of water to a boil. Add Jello, and dissolve.



Drain the canned peaches, reserving the juice in a cup measure. Add water to make one full cup liquid. Add this to the Jello, and place in refrigerator until partially set.


Chop the peaches

Stir in Cool Whip


Cover and refrigerate until set.


This was really good! I accidentally like it partially set a little too long and that cause a few slight issues but it still worked out. Dan and I really like this. It’s a refreshing snack for the summer for certain. I’m sure it can be done with other flavors but we liked this one.
