- 1/4 cup cider vinegar
- 3 Tbsp prepared dijon mustard
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 Tbsp lime juice
- 4 1/2 tsp lemon juice
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 3 Tbsp olive oil
- 4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
Whisk together cider vinegar, mustard, garlic, lime juice, lemon juice, brown sugar, salt, pepper and olive oil. Pour marinade over chicken. Refrigerate chicken in marinade for 8 hours, up to overnight.
Grill chicken until done, approximately 12-15 minutes.
I was really pleased with how good these turned out. It was a nice subtle flavor and left the chicken with a good glaze on it. Easy to do and worth it.
