2 Tablespoons Cream Cheese
2 Tablespoons Blue Cheese
1/3 lb Ground Beef
Cream together the cheeses
Take half of the ground beef and flatten it in burger shape. Spread on half of the cheese mixture.
Top with other half ground beef and close up the sides to form patty.
Cook on grill as normal. In the last few minutes top with remaining cheese mixture. Put on bun and cut in half- otherwise it could kind of explode on you when you bite into it.
I didn’t add any additional topping but feel free to do so. I thought this turned out really great. Dan doesn’t like blue cheese so I’m going to try to come up with something similar that he might like next time.
