#72 Banana Smoothie


1 banana (try frozen bananas for a great blend)
2 teaspoons honey
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 cup milk


Add all to the blender. Blend.




I really enjoyed this. I know that I need more potassium in my diet and I like the flavor of bananas but I’m not a big fan of the texture so I don’t eat them often. I think this is something I could drink regularly.
